When you train shoulders, is overhead pressing all you focus on? What about the less visible in the mirror rear delt? If you truly want round, full looking shoulders, give the back and sides of your shoulders some love before hitting over head movements. Not only will your shoulders appear fuller and rounder, but you'll have less risk of injury when pressing overhead.
